Privacy Policy

Pursuant to Article 13 of the Legislative Decree no. 196 dated June 30th 2003 (Code on the Protection of Personal Data), we inform you as follows:

a.Personal data voluntarily provided, when filling in the registration form for the request of information on products, services, marketing promotions, events and promotional activities of the Company, will be processed by means of electronic and automatic instruments. The data is to be used only for managerial, statistical, commercial, promotional and advertising purposes related to ELESA S.P.A. products and services.
b.The user is not obliged to provide his/her personal data that is requested by the Company. Nevertheless, failure to provide such data or to give the consent to the processing of such data may lead to the inability for the Company to provide the services requested.
c.The personal data so provided may be transferred and spread, for any of the purposes mentioned at letter a), to other companies of ELESA S.P.A.
d.The personal data so provided may be processed, for any of the purposes mentioned at letter a), also by means of telefax, telephone (even without operator’s assistance), e-mail and other informative and computer systems.
e.In relation to the personal data processing, those to whom the personal data refer have the right at any moment to obtain confirmation that their data exists, to find out the contents and origin of the data and to verify that they are correct or request that they are completed or updated, or corrected, pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree no.196 of 2003. Pursuant to this article, the user has the right to ask for data used unlawfully to be cancelled, transformed into anonymous information or blocked, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing, even if related to the above mentioned purposes, for sending advertising, direct sale, market researches or commercial communications.
f.The Controller of the processing of personal data is ELESA S.P.A. - Via Pompei, 29 - 20900 Monza (MB).
g.The personal data provided will be stored in the ELESA S.P.A. Data Base, registered at no. 29, Via Pompei - 20900 Monza (MB).
h.Personal data provided may be transferred abroad, within the UE, pursuant to Article 42 of Legislative Decree no.196 of 2003. Personal data may be transferred abroad, outside the UE, pursuant to Article 44, lett. b), of Legislative Decree no.196 of 2003. In particular, it must be pointed out that ELESA S.P.A. operates only with companies which comply with the principles of “safe harbour” in privacy matters.
